Expand your artistic horizons regardless of whether you are and experienced painter or would just like to have a painting experience…all levels welcome.
Learn to tap into the source of your own creativity and to discover ways to express yourself in a more spontaneous and intuitive mode. We will explore sound as a means of opening the door to your subconscious muse and to stimulate your visual expression.
Paint What You Hear uses a variety of playful auditory activities and gentle meditations designed to help you access and paint from that unencumbered state sometimes referred to as ‘the zone’ or ‘in flow’.
